I ordered this from glockstore.com and the shipping was fine, no real complaints there. I thought the install would be straightforward, and at first I was like, okay this shouldn’t be too bad, actually, never mind, once I got into it, it was more frustrating than I expected. The product page made it sound simple, but I had to stop a couple times and look up extra help. The fit didn’t feel great right away either, and the directions could definitely be clearer. Maybe someone with more experience would breeze through it, but for me it wasn’t exactly easy

"Checkout wouldn’t accept my card"
Tried to pay and my card got declined three times. Then I checked my bank and saw the holds sitting there. Super frustrating. Not something I want to deal with again

"I was poking around the site one..."
I was poking around the site one evening after dinner, mostly just killing time, and ended up finding plenty of parts to set up my Glock the way I wanted. The site was easy enough to navigate, which I appreciated because I’m not always the most patient shopper online. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but everything showed up fine and I’m happy with how it turned out overall.

"Stock info wasn’t accurate"
I ordered a couple of parts because the site showed they were in stock. A few days later, I got an email saying one of them was actually backordered, which was frustrating. If I’d known that upfront, I probably would’ve just ordered it somewhere else. The rest of the order also took longer to ship than I expected. Customer service did respond, so I’ll give them that, but the whole situation felt like it could’ve been avoided with better inventory updates. Not a terrible experience, just a annoying one.

"FFL transfer took longer than I hoped"
The transfer did eventually get handled, and the staff wasn’t rude or anything, but the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be. It took a lot longer than I expected, and the communication was lacking. I felt like I had to keep checking in just to find out what was going on. Glad it got done in the end, but I probably wouldn’t use GlockStore.com for FFL transfers again.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: the return process was slow and a bit frustrating. It did get handled eventually, but I’d recommend giving yourself extra time and keeping track of any return emails or tracking info so you’re not stuck wondering what’s going on

"Warranty support was a waste of time"
I tried getting help with a warranty issue it felt like I was just being sent in circles. I sent over what they asked for, waited around, and then got these short replies that didn’t really answer my questions. It didn’t seem like anyone actually took the time to look at what was going on.

I get that products can have problems sometimes, that’s not the part that bothered me most. The support process just made everything more frustrating. It dragged on, nothing was clear, and I ended up feeling stuck with no real help. Save your time if warranty support matters to you, I wouldn’t buy from glockstore.com again.

"Good Value Overall"
I’m careful about what I spend, and I felt like the prices here were fair for the most part. I was able to get what I needed without feeling like I overpaid. A few things could definitely be a little cheaper, but overall it felt like decent value. I’d probably buy again.

Overall, I had a good visit. The staff were helpful and the store looked clean, which I appreciated. The only downside was that checkout took longer than I expected. Maybe it was just a busy time, but I’m curious if other people have had the same experience there

I ordered from GlockStore.com and the part showed up totally fine, no issues there. But the install instructions were kinda unclear. A few steps felt like they were just skipped over, and the pictures didn’t reaaally help much either. I ended up having to look up videos to figure out what I was supposed to do. It wasn’t the worst experience, but for gun parts I expected better, more detailed instructions.

"Felt cheap to me"
I bought this thinking it would be good enough for what I needed, since I was just trying to get a few things done around the house over the weekend. Unfortunately, it felt kind of flimsy right out of the box, and it ended up breaking way sooner than I expected. I didn’t even use it that heavily, so I was disappointed

"Not the experience I was hoping for"
I sent my slide in to have some work done, it came back feeling like it had been rushed. The fitment didn’t seem quite right to me, and I noticed a few small marks that weren’t there before I sent it out. It also took longer than I was originally told, which made the whole thing more frustrating. When I reached out about it, the response I got felt kind of dismissive, like my concerns weren’t really being taken seriously. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but based on mine, I probably wouldn’t use their gunsmithing services again.

"Legal info could’ve been clearer, right?"
I bought from here and the product itself was totally fine, but the legal/compliance info was kind of confusing. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like it should’ve been easier to figure out what was actually allowed in my state. I ended up having to email twice just to feel sure before moving forward, which was annoying. Everything worked out in the end, but the process definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Slow Shipping Made It Feel Like a Saga"
I ordered from glockstore.com because the item showed as in stock, but wow, the shipping was painfully slow. It took way longer than I expected just to get moving, and the lack of updates made the whole thing feel a little dramatic for no reason. I did eventually get my order, so it wasn’t a complete catastrophe, but the wait was definitely frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I had absolutely no timeline and the patience of a saint.

"The staff really knew their stuff"
I had a good experience with GlockStore. Before I placed my order, I had a couple of questions, and the staff did not just send over some generic copy-and-paste reply. They actually took the time to explain what would fit and what made the most sense for my setup.

I am not exactly an expert, so that helped a lot. The order itself went smoothly too, but the biggest reason I would shop with them again is that the people there seem to actually know what they are talking about

I was surprised by how much they had on the site, especially all the smaller parts and accessories I usually have to hunt around for. Comparing options was simple, and I found exactly what I needed without any hassle. Next time, I’m definitely checking here first
