I sent in my glock17 gen 5 then read reviews, lots of bad reviews on there but I was very satisfied with my experience I had them do the slide cut combo with the holosun scs I also had the cofin cut done and they cerakoted it in burnt bronze everything looked really nice the site was charged when j got it had no issues the cofin cut looks great and the cerakote finish is very nice. My honest review is I'm happy I did most of the ordering process by phone since I couldn't figure out how to do it online. I always got through by phone but sometimes I got disconnected and had to call back. But the people I spoke to on the phone where all very helpful and patient with me they got this done for me without thier help I might have ordered something I'd be less satisfied with but because of excellent help over the phone I got exactly what I expected and am very satisfied

Don't spend one stinking nickel of your hard-earned money until you've read my review.. I want to put some extra nice accents on my glock 42 I ordered a chrome kit from them which included the slide lock lever the slide lock release pin trigger pin and trigger housing pin and they came out absolutely beautiful I also ordered a bag plate engraved with stars and stripes and it came out beautiful and then I wanted to add a copper mag extension to match my monarch trigger and plus two mag extension.. the whole process was extremely confusing they gave me the wrong information about how the process finished would come out when I wanted a polished aluminum then I finally decided on the cerakote copper and explain my copper parts to the supposed head of customer service name Diane who turned out to be one of the most inept human beings I've ever dealt with in my entire life of customer service experience ever hands down! She made the mistake in ordering the wrong part she put the wrong number in I explained I wanted copper! And she sends me this piece that looks like brown-dried dog s*** Brown! and I get back with them and they say no sorry that's on you that's what you order blah blah blah and long story short they're not giving me the the refund that I'm entitled to since they order the wrong part I was told by multiple employees there that it was her that ordered the wrong part that it was very obvious the color you wanted and she made the mistake and she didn't live up to it and it's been nothing but a total nightmare disaster! My gun came out beautiful but because of this horrible horrible disgusting customer service experience that has left the most disgusting taste in my mouth that I've ever experienced! I will never ever do business with them again and I highly encourage you to do the same.. and then they had the nerve to tell me that because of my rude emails and my hostile Manor toward their staff that they would prefer I take my business elsewhere! You know what kiss me where the sun don't shine! It's your s***** service that got me mad in the first place! And then you make me look like the bad guy cuz you screwed up the whole thing to start with! What a joke of a company! I don't know how the freak you sleep at night ripping people off you can't even live up to your own mistakes! That's the worst kind of people ever! You could have done thousands upon thousands of dollars of business with me but over a $75 part you decide you're going to stand your dumbass ground and lose a customer for life along with the 1000' of other's that are going to read this review!.. you people have raised my blood pressure Way beyond where it should be because that's how s***** you make people feel!!.. once again I would tell you have a nice day but I would be lying! "Dont Follow Their Own Policies 7-10 Days for Returns, Punish Customers, Keeps Money"
Terrible place. Placed numerous orders with two shipping options given. USPS Priority for $8 or Fedex Express 3 day for $10. All the orders I paid the extra for Fedex, yet they shipped all of them by USPS and kept my difference in shipping price. I had to fight them numerous emails to finally get the difference in shipping refunded. Now I am dealing with them on returns. They have had 3 returns delivered a month ago and no refund or acknowledgement that its being processed. I decided to dispute all 3 orders on my credit card showing proof of return to their address. Still waiting for that process to go through but in the meantime the Glockstore has conveniently removed my login information so I can no longer follow my return status, place future orders, etc. Clearly done because I disputed the charges. Talk about very poor customer service. First stealing money by shipping a cheaper method than what was paid for, not processing returns within their 7-10 day policy, then deleting your online access when you dispute the charges for items returned and in their possession. Never again!

it took over a month to get a part that they said was in stock. I returned it and it's been six weeks I have been waiting for a refund. This has been going on for three months. They have no shame, and they do not care about you.

"Run forest run"
March 4, 2023 we drove 200 miles to Nashville to purchase a pyramid trigger for my 43x. Picked the colors i wanted, was told they didn't have in it stock. Was told that if it was a weekday it would only take 15-20 min. to put the trigger together and if i ordered it they would put it together Monday and ship it to me, since it was over $100 no shipping and 3 day delivery. They required an E-mail, immediately they started flooding me with spam so I unsubscribed. The next week i did not receive an E-mail to confirm shipment so i assumed it was because I unsubscribed. March 9, 2023 I called to see if my trigger was shipped, I was told that there was 1 in a box ready to be shipped but would not tell me if it was mine. March 17, 2023 I call to check on my trigger, and was told it just came back in stock and they would ship in 5-7 days. During this waiting period they did not charge my account, but I was frustrated because I felt like I had been deceived and I canceled the order. Immediately they charged my account for the trigger. What the is wrong with this picture.

"AVOID AVOID AVOID"
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Con artists. Extortionists. I apparently ordered the wrong barrel due to misinformation on their website the very rude customer service woman insulted my intelligence. They force me to spend the money to return the product and then they claimed I used it however it says on the packaging it was not compatible with the property I have. Fast forward 3 weeks later and they have not even processed my return refund. It is now march 27 and Ive not received my refund when my order was placed Feb 19.

"Absolutely just bad customer service"
Absolutely just bad customer service. I made an order for 2 SIG 17rounds magazines that showed in stock. After I ordered they emailed me stating it was pending. I waited over 3 months, called twice, and finally asked for a refund. They did do the refund fast as I told them, if I didn't see anything in a week I would call the credit card company. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them... Such a shame as they put out great videos online.. Anyone would think they would be a reputable online store.. NOT THE CASE! Go elsewhere...

"Horrible customer service"
Horrible customer service! And horrible shipping policy! They tell you a shipping date and never follow through with it! I paid extra for FedEx and they shipped it USPS, when I called in I was told that they reserve the right to ship with USPS if they feel it is faster however they still charge you for FedEx!! Hold times to speak with a representative are horrible and long! I was disconnected today 2 times after a 20 minute hold only to call back and and hold for another 20 minutes. I have made 3 phone calls to this company over 3 days only to be given 3 different stories about their shipping policies! What a joke! First and last time doing business with them, and will NOT refer anyone to this company. Run as far from this company as possible unless you like being jerked around! Imagine paying for FedEx and you get snail mail with less accountability like FedEx has 👎 👎! Forget about getting to speak with a manager you will be told you’ll get a return phone call that never happens! I already know the topic of my podcast! It appears to me that the owner of this company has no clue what’s going on with his customer service department! Do your homework and shop the internet there are other companies out their that have better customer service and better shipping policies!

Buyer beware- horrible customer service. Took over a month to get refund for defective product. They had no replacement in stock and couldn’t tell me when they would. I finally got credit back and shipping was not refunded. I will not do business with them again.

"ZERO STARS"
ZERO STARS - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GLOCKSTORE.COM -- Worst online experience I ever had. TWICE! After the first long delay, no shipment, I called to cancel. Was on hold forever.-- Today, attempted to see order status on the website. Their website account page is down - error message. Called their toll free number several times - mailbox is FULL. This is a business. How do they stay in business? They no longer have my business. Twice burned - NEVER AGAIN!

"No Longer the Exception"
After being on hold for 1/2 hour, I inquired about the replacement trigger housing with ejector. My nearly new Glock 21 ejects hot cartridges out into my face. This hobby shop has no affiliation with Glock and has no data on the problem or on the fix for it. He was pleasant enough until I wasn't. This mo-mo wasted my time and didn't have a clue. He hung up on me but, in reality, I was only wasting more time. Yep. You guessed my Parthian shot and I hope it was recorded.

"They don't......."
They don't answer their phone. They don't answer emails. They don't respond to their contact form inquiry's. Their website however, will take your money immediately. Then you have no way of contacting them about your order or to ask them any questions. The only recourse you have is to get your credit card company to intervene.

"Terrible Order Fulfillment, Worse Customer Service!"
I found what I thought was a great Black Friday (weekend) deal. I have a Glock 42 that has always been hard to rack and disassemble. GlockStore had a sale Metallic Pin & Extended Controls Kit for Glock 42 and a Tungsten Guide Rod for G42. I added a Glock Disassembly Tool and the total was only $99.64. I hate to use my credit card for gun stuff so I got a Visa Gift Card, There was a $5.95 fee, so be it, I ordered the items online with card number and delivery info, on Sat. Nov. 26, 2022. On Mon. Nov. 28 I got two emails “GlockStore Billing error” at 1:10 PM and “*FINAL ATTEMPT* GlockStore: Billing Error” at 1:11 PM; YES ONE MINUTE APART. They were from a D.G. they both said “unfortunately, we are unable to process your order as the 3-digit security code you provided does not match your card and/or the issuing credit card records. I replied with the full info. Then I checked the Visa Card website on the card this was the response :

So the Number & Pin didn't match but they already took the money out pending something? The next time I looked at GlockStore my order was canceled. I then got an email stating my order was in fact canceled but no explanation as to why. I called the customer service number and got a very 'make nice guy' W.T. Oh! It wasn't because the Visa number was wrong, they thought my address might be suspect. He wanted a copy of my drivers license with drivers number redacted, then I could reorder my parts. I scanned it redacted all non-pertinent numbers and sent it to him. Still no reply! Please note the original price with shipping was $99.64 to reorder it now is $145.90 a difference of $46.26. Stall tactic to avoid sale price? I could have saved a lot of money if they were competent. I will never buy anything from GlockStore.

Horrible vendor. I placed and order for a Sig Sauer Macro 365 17 round magazine that was supposed to be in stock. They send me an email stating the macro 365 magazine was in back order and was not available. There website still states is available. I ask if I would get it before Christmas and they stated they could not guarantee it. I ask why does the item show up as being available? They couldn’t give me any logical explanation. The rep stated the those orders were placed 6 months ago did not make any sense. And didn’t know if they would get any orders anytime soon. Total buffoonery on there part. Bunch of clowns . I had to cancel my order. Because they have no idea on how to run a store or website.

"Safety & fitment issues with GSX100 frames"
I purchased two (2) GSX100 frames. The holes for the trigger pin and the locking block pin were NOT placed correctly. The metal frame rails are sharp and cut into the slide. The rear rails are also not square with the frame. The rear frame rails are also too high and do NOT allow the striker to contact the trigger bar sufficiently which allows for premature release of the striker, or with tolerance stacking can and does in some cases cause the striker to miss the crucifix on the trigger bar completely so the gun will not fire. Also, the fit of the magazine release is poor as the lower front portion of the release stands proud of part of the frame on the right side which creates a sharp edge and looks bad. The frames came with a note mentioning the user might have to file the locking block or frame with the "included" file which was not included. It turns out the holes were much too far off for the average user to fix and in my opinion, most gunsmiths would not be willing to modify the locking block or frame as much as is necessary for assembly. I realize "it was designed to be tight", but I doubt it was designed so the holes do not align with the locking block. Although I was eventually able to get the locking block installed with the locking block pin and the trigger pin, the interreference is too tight for the pins to be removed without a hammer the way Glock intended and stock Glocks can be. The funny thing is the holes actually fit too far loose without the locking block in the frame. My guess is the holes have been enlarged slightly oversize in order to accommodate the poor placement of the holes which do not align correctly with the block. I watched the product video prior to purchasing and heard words such as "we did a damn good job" and "it's a high-end mold" only to be disappointed in fitment issues I would not associate with the comments in the video.
